Overview

This project consists of the development of six new accessory dwelling units, each configured as a two-bedroom, two-bath residence of approximately 800 square feet. The scope focuses on efficient site use, modern unit layouts, and durable construction suited for long-term rental performance. The project was executed as small-scale infill development with a total project cost of approximately $2.4 million.
