Overview

This project involved the ground-up development of three accessory dwelling units on an existing residential site. The scope included the construction of two 1,150-square-foot ADUs and one 500-square-foot ADU built above an existing garage, creating a compact, well-integrated small-scale multifamily layout. The project prioritized efficient site planning, modern unit design, and compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood, delivering additional housing while maintaining the character of the block. The total project cost was approximately $1.6 million.
