Overview
The development is currently planned as an 8-story multifamily building with two unit types. It is designed to support affordable housing by offering rent levels that are accessible to low and middle-income residents, along with multiple floor plan options to accommodate a range of household sizes and family types. Residents will have access to on-site amenities including a fitness center, community room, rooftop deck, courtyard, and on-site parking. The project also includes a strong ESG focus through sustainable design elements such as green roofs, solar panels, and energy-efficient appliances. Accessibility is built into the plan with features like ramps, elevators, and ADA-compliant units to support residents with disabilities.
