Overview
This project involved the strategic conversion of an existing single-family property into a six-unit multifamily asset through a phased ADU approach. The scope included converting the existing garage into an accessory dwelling unit and adding three new 750-square-foot ADUs at the rear of the property, creating a cohesive, small-scale multifamily layout. The development prioritized efficient use of the site, modern unit design, and compatibility with the surrounding residential context, resulting in a fully built six-unit property with a total project cost of approximately $1.5 million.
